Fall is a great time to plant Arborvitae. Arborvitae are easy to transplant in the fall. Most trees and shrubs can be transplanted well into the fall as long as the ground is not frozen. Only in January and February do the ground temperatures get cold enough to really prevent transplanting of our Arborvitae.
